I'm just going to start right off by telling you that this is NOT a sponsored post (but holla at a momma chatbooks 🤗 )! I just love this enough to give it it's own damn post. Also, just so we have everything out in the open in here, when fabfitfun comes knocking on my door offering a cool $100k for a post I'm not going to turn them down mmmmmk? K.
So I can obviously only speak to my experience but I am fairly sure everyones first year as a parent is a blur right? RIGHT? Add in some surgery and all that other jazz and I'm still over here like wait what? So I'm not going to lie, I feel pretty good about having this series of books from Luca's first year completed. But truly it's a testament to how easy chatbooks makes it.
If you're an eagle eye, yes the last one I forgot to change the month and yes I have a replacement coming because I cannot accept a mislabeled book. We aren't going out like that.
Here's why I love chatbooks
Easy. It can be completely done from my phone with one hand.
$10? Yes please. Sold! You can easily fire off a second or third copy to family members too.
You can sync your account to acutomatically upload from instagram, facebook or your phones favorites. Tech is not my jam. This is easy.
Customer service. Beyond. In the very beginning I received someone elses prints. (Oh yeah you can easily add on prints too). I was minorly not thrilled with the idea that this meant soemone else likely had my prints. I had pictures of someone else immediately after birth. Like THE first picture. She looked amazing btw. Wtf? Anyways, in the super easy chat feature of the app I let them know. You guys, they reacted as if they had given me the wrong child in the hospital. "You trust us with your precious memories and we would never want to compromose that" yadda yadda. But just like beyond. So considerate and apologetic. I value customer service enough that I would happily pay more $ for each book to reward those chat angels. I imagine I'm not getting helped by the owner directly which begs the question, how the heck do you get such committed and dedicated staff and how has everyone else not figure it out?
Also, Luca loves these stinkin things and he's yet to rip a page so there's that.
